Gang Rape in Delhi Chartered Bus.

23-year-old paramedical student, who was allegedly gangraped by a group of men in a moving bus on sunday night 17thDec.  Out of 6, 4 are arrested. Is death penalty for rapists  and few days news of media in society/country is sufficient? after few days every one will forget like in same n previous even worse cases.  .I think now criminals will become more violent they will prefer to kill the victim..for safe side..like in many cases..
Why a common person has become criminal and has no any fear of police. why law n order is just exhausted specially in delhi. what we can do to improve this phase..when police is just sleeping. what should we do...n how to make our city safe not only for woman, but from any crime, either theft/robbery/murder..Waiting for ur suggestions and cooperation ...
